Electrocompaniet Blazing New Trials in the UK
Electrocompaniet has been in the High End audio market for almost as long as Unilet...35 years in fact. Originating from Norway, it's fair to say it's no surprise our paths haven't crossed in all these years.
However, after continuous product innovation and a rapidly expanding international market, the time has now come for Unilet to showcase Electrocompaniet products to the UK market with the best demonstration facilities this side of...the River Nile?
Their product lines will consist of three ranges, catering from entry-level Hi-Fi to Professional Studio Audio. Each range will offer more than 30 different products with differing sound characteristics, from smooth valve-like reproduction to fast-paced transistor performance.
"The Prelude Line:"
This is the new entry level product range, covering CD Players, DVD Players, Loudspeakers, Stereo and Multi-Channel systems in addition to an all-in-one system offering SACD/DVD Playback, Tuner, HDMI output and 5x100w amplification.
"The Classic Line:"
High quality, High End, High value for money and Highly acclaimed products are the order of the day for the classic line. Expect to read alot more about this range in all of the major Hi-Fi publications in the months to come. We're expecting some great press after what we've heard.
"The DP Line:"
The mission of the DP line is to design audio products that only apply power to the source signal and at the same time preserve its dynamics. For more than 20 years, this patented system was sold under the name "Dynamic Precision". From May 1, 2007, the company was acquired by Electrocompaniet, and is now known as the Electrocompaniet DP Line.
