The arrival of 3DTV has now kickstarted the 3D revolution. Unilet can always be relied upon to keep up the trend with Panasonic NeoPDP Plasma showing 'True HD' demonstrations of 3D material from Blu-Ray disc...all to keep those hairs on your neck standing on end.

We're not all digital though...Our range of analogue products is larger and more extensive than anyone else in the area, ranging from turntables to the records themselves. Our dedicated cable and accessories department also enjoys an almost legendary reputation. In fact, it would be easier for us to tell you what they don't stock, rather than what they do!

Roksan Radius 5 + Ortofon 2M Red Cart.
The Roksan Radius 5 borrows elements and technology from Roksan's world class record players to combine innovation and practicality in this stunning piece of design. The Roksan Radius Radius 5's drive mechanism utilises a custom made synchronous motor fitted with a precision machined solid aluminium alloy pulley. The main bearing housing and spindle are designed and high precision machined from solid brass and stainless steel alloy to ensure smooth running and longevity. The single piece solid acrylic platter is precision machined to ensure speed stability and then frost finished for smart aesthetic appearance. The main bearing, platter and Nima arm are mounted on the sub-plinth and three point de-coupled from the main plinth. The motor assembly, also mounted to the main plinth, is further de-coupled to avoid motor noise and vibration break through. The sub-plinth thus isolates the cartridge/record interface and preserves detail, timing and dynamics. Three chromed adjustable spiked feet assist levelling and optimum coupling to the surface upon which the Radius 5 rests. Matched to the NIMA arm the Radius 5 provides unparalleled performance demonstrating a perfect balance between design, technology and value. Its superior resolution and composure extracts plenty of detail in a well organised, crisp and informative manner. The performance of the Roksan Radius 5 is in no small part attributable to the excellent Nima Unipivot tonearm. The Nima has a brilliantly natural, cohesive sound reproduction and in conjunction with the Radius 5 and a good cartridge produces a vast panoramic sound with plenty of clarity and punch.
