It was some five years ago I walked into Unilet when I wanted a new Hi-Fi system. I was met by a very friendly and helpful Vernon with no "hard sell"...only advice. Having no idea what I wanted to pay. The last system
I had was 21 years ago and I'd won it in a competition. (New it was worth £1,000).
Vernon talked about what I might want so I calculated a figure of perhaps £2,000 to spend. When we came to the subject of DAB Radio I was told that if I spent a few more pounds this would be included. A couple of weeks later, armed with some CD's from my own collection I spent a happy and relaxed two and a half hours in Unilet listening to various tracks and the radio. How glad I was to have bought my beautiful Arcam! I hadn't heard of them before. It was also great that it was set up for me at home. What a bonus! I needed to be shown how to operate the system properly and with confidence as being blind the manual wasn't accessible to me.

I have bought from Unilet since then. An amplifier for my TV, and lately a video, again being able to make sure of working it in the calm surroundings of the store.

My husband and I were also extremely delighted that David helped us with our DVD and video set up at home. He went more than the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our equipment and knew which buttons to press on
the remote control and which ones to leave welll alone. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I would like to say how happy I have been when dealing with Unilet.
I came to Unilet having acquired most of my equipment over many years and was impressed that at no time did you attempt to change anything, but simply helped me to purchase those items that I needed. I am very pleased with everything that I have had from Unilet, (The PMC OB1 speakers, Panasonic TV and DVD Player/Recorder). The icing on the cake has been the Panasonic RF Stereo transmitter and headphones. These allow my wife, who has great difficulty hearing the television, to hear it comfortably and at the volume she requires whilst I can listen at normal levels! Wishing you every success.
