Here's what our customers have to say...

We have now officially launched our new website, please visit the following link www.thehomeofhifi.com. Thank you.
Rather than shout about how good we 'think' we are, here are some comments we have collected over time from some of our customers...
20.09.07 Mr D, Gravesend
Well what can i say!
The service I received from Simon and the gang was faultless from start to finish.
When I first made contact with Home Media I had a very clear idea of what I wanted my home cinema and music system to do. I discussed these ideas and certain brands of equipment that I had done research on with Simon and Richard and came up with a superb package.
Simon and Richard came out to see the layout and assess the situation.
After being invited to the shop for some demonstrations, it was only a short while before Simon and Richard came out to install it. Simon and Richard worked hard all day and even stayed on 'til late in the evening purely on the grounds of perfection.
Having Simon and Richard in my home working was pure entertainment in itself and they are true professionals. The guys at Home Media really do give you the one thing that is missing elsewhere that is customer service and care.
If you are looking at spending your hard earned cash on any home media device, I sincerely mean it, look no further, you wont be dissapointed.
Cheers to all at Home Media.

Dear Simon,
Firstly thank you for your recent letter inviting comments on the Naim evening you organised at the Hilton
Maidstone.
Finding myself in a lonely hotel room on a business trip finally allows me to find a few minutes to compile
a somewhat belated response!
It was a super evening and we (my good lady wife and myself!) enjoyed it very much. It is always good to
see/hear different equipment and without doubt the combination of Naim and Home Media provided a very
professional and informative event.
I would also like to take the opportunity to comment extremely favourably on the Naim factory visit you
organised in July.
What a brilliant day!
A bunch of very pleasant people hosted admirably by Justin and Martyn — thanks guys.
To be able to visit the factory is a great way of making one feel “drawn in” to the whole philosophy of Naim
ownership.
The obvious attention to detail and enthusiasm the Naim staff exhibited was a treat to behold.
It reminded me of the days when I used to visit companies to audit them for manufacturing and quality
capabilities — on this particular occasion there was the added interest of the actual subject matter — lots of
highly desirable hi fi equipment.
I would be grateful if you would extend my thanks to Jason and the other staff at the factory who were so
pleasant and accommodating during the day — sure, I know it’s part of Naims marketing philosophy, but
they don’t have to do it and the fact that they do and do it enthusiastically adds to the desirability of Naim
ownership, in my opinion. It certainly shows the quality of the products build and engenders the feeling
that the equipment is a long term investment AND they are products that are supported.
It wouldn’t be quite as easy to do a similar thing with a factory in Taiwan or China whose product ranges
are changed every 6 months.
So keep up the good work as they say and I look forward to attending any future events you may hold.
Oh and by the way, if you decide to offer a CDX2 as a future prize at any stage, please let me know what
form of bribery will be necessary to gain an unfair advantage in securing it!
Sincerely, Mr T.

Dear Simon, Martyn, Justin & Richard
Thanks for your letter dated the 23~ July 2007 regarding the Naim evening and my prize draw win. It
goes without saying that I am chuffed to bits to win the Naim CD player. It was always my intention to
purchase a decent stereo setup at some point, but this has certainly given me a good head start in
building my ideal system Thanks very much indeed for this.
With respect to the evening event itself, I enjoyed this immensely. The event gave an extremely good
opportunity to showcase the Naim systems and I am particularly interested in the NaimNet equipment,
budget permitting!! Hopefully once my circumstances re the house move are complete I will have an
opportunity to audition the missing components at your shop.
Do keep me posted on any further events that you might have lined up!!
All the best and thanks once again for the superb prize.
Yours Sincerely, Mr C.

Dear Martyn
I feel I have to write and say a big thank you to yourself, Simon, Justin and Richard for the very friendly and professional help, advice and service in the recent upgrading of my Naim set up. From the excellent listening rooms, the very reasonable part exchange I was offered for my current Naim equipment; to the delivery and set up of the Naim gear and various new power and interconnect cables.
I am over the moon with how good it sounds. It also has an excellent WAF look and sound.
As you all know, buying HiFi is a very involved and testing experience, but what really helps is that we all share a love of music and strive to hear it at a level that is the best we can afford and suits our needs. I will spread the word amongst work colleagues and friends.
I feel I have made new friends with you all and hope we can arrange a trip to the home of Naim, in Salisbury, in the not too distant future.
Looking forward to keeping in touch, will keep popping in, hopefully when the kettle is on!

Dear Simon
Thank you for your letter of the 30th March enclosing a cheque value of £20 for the inconvenience caused regarding the glass shelves suppied with the equipment rack. I am sure this was not to your usual standard of service.
In my opinion the manner with which mistakes are dealt with can enhance the reputation of a business.
I will certainly contact you again if I need further assistance.
Your sincerely Mr. B

Hi Richard/Simon
Just to let you know that the drive units have been fitted successfully and I'm truly delighted with the results. The Speakers are now finally back to how they should be (no thanks to my lads).
I would once again like to take the opportunity to thank you for your help in assisting me getting my AE2's repaired. Your reputation Now precedes you as I have recommended "Homemedia" to several acquaintances & friends
Please feel free to use what I have written in any mail shots in order to promote " Home media"
Rest assured any further business I have with Hifi/Music will be heading your way.
Its is rare to come across a local retailer now days that treats the customer with such professionalism as your selves.
Thanks Again
Take Care
