Key to UnitiQute is its digital audio streaming capabilities. UnitiQute can wirelessly stream music stored on UPnP™ networked devices, providing access to even more music including hi resolution 24bit / 96kHz WAV or FLAC files. Hooray! It is also the first quality one box audio player to offer so many sources: DAB/FM & Internet Radio, MP3 / iPod (Authenticated digital iPod connection), Streamed audio and USB. This opens many possibilities for using the UnitiQute not only as an add on or replacement for a Main system but also as part of a wired or wireless streaming multi room system.
With its onboard 24bit / 192kHz capable DAC, UnitiQute can interface with digital audio sources, such as computers and gaming consoles and the latest LCDs. The linear power supply delivers 45w at 4 Ohms and 30 at 8 Ohms with digital and preamp output offering further flexibility and upgrade potential. The design choice of non-magnetic materials — to reduce eddy currents — and the fit and finish are all added extras in the performance.
