New Linn Majik LP12 Turntable
Why compromise when you can have the best.
Since 1972 the Sondek LP12 has been through many incarnations. Changes in the manufacturing process have revolutionised and tightened tolerances incredibly since those early days and computerised lathes offer a consistency previously only dreamed of but the key to the LP12 performance still is and always will be the precision single point bearing.
This one fact defines the LP12 above all others. You could always purchase a basic Linn LP12 and add the arm and cartridge of your choice but if you add the parts of the new Majik LP12 together, the total cost comes to over £2580 making the Majik LP12 a positive bargain at £1995. (Individual costs quoted in brackets) So what’s in the box?

That’s not to say it is a plug and play unit, after all it is still an LP12 (and can be upgraded to full spec with the addition of a Keel, Lingo and Trampolin) needing to be set up and installed by a qualified Linn turntable dealer.
