Artikulat Sonic System
Artikulat Sonic System
Following on from the release of the new Chakra power amplifiers we at last witness the launch of the long awaited Artikulat loudspeaker system.
ARTIKULAT offers a range of powering options from passive with AKTIV bass to fully integrated AKTIV to meet the wide variety of audio requirements. In fully active mode All CHAKRA power amplification is housed within the loudspeaker to deliver outstanding playback with fewer components and less cables. There will also be a ‘passive’ version released later in the year offering the potential to upgrade to full external active mode using external Chakra amplification, allowing greater control over the setup and integration with the room acoustics.
The sleek cabinet design has much in common with the B&W 800 series with whom Linn share the same manufacturer and allows for robust rigid construction whilst retaining the elegant good looks and feel of a quality piece of furniture.
As an Elite retailer we have a full Artikulat system available for audition and those lucky enough to visit us for our format wars musical evening, had the pleasure of witnessing this awesome speaker family giving full voice to a collection of music and video via various format deliveries.
Personally I think they are one of the most elegant marriages of technology and modern craftsmanship that I have ever seen or had the pleasure to listen to but there again I am biased. Biased toward form and function. As with the new B&W 800 series these speakers represent pick of the crop of British engineering at its best and you really do need to come and listen to these. Simply Fabulous.
